Thank you for shopping with Keikei Designs Studio! Many of our products are thoughtfully made, personalized, or prepared especially for you.
Processing Times
Ready-to-ship items are generally processed within 2–4 business days. Personalized, custom, and made-to-order items may require 5–10 business days before shipping. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States.
Standard Shipping: $8.00 — estimated transit time 3–5 business days.
Express Shipping: $15.00 — estimated transit time 1–2 business days.
FREE Standard Shipping is available on orders of $70 or more.
Shipping/transit times begin after your order has been processed. Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.
Personalized & Custom Orders
Please carefully review all names, dates, spelling, colors, sizes, and other personalization details before submitting your order. Custom products may require additional processing time.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or you experience a delivery problem, please contact Keikei Designs Studio as soon as possible so we can review the situation and help determine the appropriate next steps.
Digital Products
Digital products are not physically shipped. When applicable, digital purchases will be delivered electronically or made available for download after purchase.
